About Role

This is a full-time on-site Chartered Accountant role for an Auditor located in Delhi, India. The Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Daily tasks include examining financial statements, inspecting account books, assessing risk areas, preparing audit reports, and recommending improvements in processes and controls. The Auditor will also liaise with clients, support them in understanding audit requirements, and provide advisory on regulatory and compliance issues. Knowledge of PCAOB standards is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial auditing standards and practices, including internal control evaluation
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, including statutory regulations and international auditing standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and teamwork
• Proficiency in audit software and advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification or equivalent, with experience in audit and advisory services
• Experience in public sector auditing and PCAOB audits is an advantage
