Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Lead and manage the finance team to ensure the accurate preparation, consolidation, and reporting of financial statements.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts that align with business objectives.
  • Provide key financial insights and recommendations to enhance business performance and profitability.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure financial data is in line with business forecasts and provide recommendations for optimizing cash flow and working capital management.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying key drivers and providing actionable insights to business units.
  • Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

  • Lead the companys tax strategy, ensuring full compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other relevant regulations.
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring all statutory filings and submissions are completed on time.
  • Stay updated on changes to tax laws, and make recommendations for strategic tax planning, tax-saving opportunities, and risk mitigation.
  • Risk Management & Internal Controls

  • Establish and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risk, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the development of risk management frameworks for financial operations and business activities.
  • Oversee corporate governance standards and ensure adherence to financial best practices.
  • Mergers, Acquisitions & Funding

  • Lead due diligence processes for acquisitions and business partnerships, ensuring financial viability and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage funding strategies, supporting growth initiatives, and liaising with investors and financial institutions for financing activities.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and business plans for fundraising and investment decisions.
  • Mentorship & Team Development

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance team members, fostering professional development and building a high-performing finance function.
  • Create and implement training programs to improve financial literacy and capability across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)

    with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with significant exposure to

    financial management, taxation, and compliance

    .
  • Proven track record in

    strategic financial planning

    , budgeting, forecasting, and

    managing audits

    .
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in

    leading finance teams

    and collaborating with senior management.
  • Expertise in

    ERP systems

    (preferably Odoo), advanced MS Excel, financial analysis, and modeling.
  • Deep knowledge of

    Ind AS, IFRS, GST

    , and

    corporate tax laws

    .
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a

    fast-paced, high-growth environment

    and influence financial strategy at a senior level.
