Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned area.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
Manage relationship building with various stakeholders like distributors, developers by understanding their specific needs and ensuring successful collaborations.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Negotiate and close deals, handle customer complaints or objections, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and provide necessary support. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements:

Experience in Modular industry is MANDATORY.
At least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
Minimum 2-6 years of proven experience in B2B or channel sales.
MBA or PGDM in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
