Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of

post-qualification experience to manage financial reporting, direct and indirect tax compliances,

audits, and MIS preparation. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on

experience with reconciliations, and in-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and overall accounting

principles.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS & Financial Reporting

● Preparation of data for MIS reports at both Revenue & Cost level and Income &

Expense level.

● Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decisions.

2. Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance

● Responsible for all direct tax compliances, including reconciliations, filings, and

audits.

● Manage all indirect tax compliances, including reconciliations, filings, and audits.

● Prepare data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings.

3. Audit & Compliance

● Manage and complete Internal Audit, IFC Audit, Statutory Audit, and Tax Audit within

timelines.

● Ensure accuracy and readiness of financial data for audit purposes.

Key Skills & Competencies

● Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST, TDS,

Income Tax).

● Hands-on experience in MIS reporting, reconciliations, and audit management.

● Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.

● Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance mindset.

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.

Experience in corporate finance, taxation, and audit functions preferred.
