Chartered Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (Fresher) to join our CA firm. This role is ideal for newly qualified CAs who are eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, financial compliance, and advisory services. You will work directly under experienced partners and seniors, gaining exposure to a wide range of professional assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other assurance services.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and accounting schedules.
• Handle GST filings, GST audits, reconciliations, and compliance-related tasks.
• Work on Income Tax returns, TDS filings, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and financial analysis as required.
• Support in corporate compliance work such as ROC filings and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper working papers and ensure compliance with professional standards.
• Assist in advisory, planning, and business consulting assignments under guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting tools, and ability to adapt to new software.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, documentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Articleship experience in a reputable CA firm.
• Exposure to GST, Income Tax, audit assignments, or financial reporting during training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
