Accountant (CA)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accountant (CA Qualified) with 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, payroll management, and internal controls. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly analytical, and able to implement strong financial processes with minimal oversight.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles in collaboration with business teams.
• Manage payroll end-to-end, ensuring compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws and internal policies.
• Develop, document, and enforce internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate effectively with auditors (external/internal) and ensure compliance with Kuwaiti financial regulations.
• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities and improve financial process efficiencies.
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.

Requirements:

• CA qualified.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance & accounting.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems + advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership & communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

• Fixed Salary: 120,400 INR per month - Tax free.
• Accommodation Allowance: 14,400 INR per month.
