Chartered Accountant

You are an experienced Chartered Accountant with 3 to 8 years of experience in tax advisory, litigation, or compliance. In this role, you will lead the consultative sales process for customers dealing with tax or legal issues. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will engage high-intent leads and guide them towards appropriate service offerings available through our partner network. As a Tax consultant, you will interact with customers facing income tax or GST notices, legal disputes, notices, regulatory issues, and compliance-related challenges such as ROC and Companies Act issues. Your responsibilities include analyzing the issues, providing expert guidance, and converting leads into paid engagement services, which will be fulfilled by verified professionals on the Assured by Ledgers platform. Key responsibilities also include providing expert insights to help clients understand the problems and possible solutions, recommending suitable service packages or customized solutions based on the case, and guiding clients through pricing, scope, and the process to ensure conversion. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records of leads, consultations, and conversion outcomes.
