Industry: Wellness & Lifestyle Job Location: on-site, Kuwait. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team. Job Summary: We are looking for an Accountant (CA Qualified) with 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, payroll management, and internal controls. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly analytical, and able to implement strong financial processes with minimal oversight. Key responsibilities: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles in collaboration with business teams. Manage payroll end-to-end, ensuring compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws and internal policies. Develop, document, and enforce internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets. Collaborate effectively with auditors (external/internal) and ensure compliance with Kuwaiti financial regulations. Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities and improve financial process efficiencies. Provide financial insights to support management decision-making. Requirements: CA qualified. 5–7 years of experience in finance & accounting. Proficient in ERP/accounting systems + advanced Excel. Strong analytical, leadership & communication skills. Fluent in English. Benefits: on-site Kuwait Fixed Salary: 120,400 INR per month - Tax free. Accommodation Allowance: 14,400 INR per month. Food Allowance: 7170 INR per month.
