*Location :* Kishangarh, Rajasthan (No jaipur office)

*Role Overview :*

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage our financial operations at the manufacturing unit in Kishangarh. This role requires strong accounting, compliance, and financial planning skills, along with adaptability to work in a *manufacturing industry* setup.

*Key Responsibilities :*

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, balance sheets, and P&L accounts.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory regulations.
• Handle audits (internal & statutory) and coordinate with auditors/regulators.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, working capital, and fund utilization.
• Conduct costing and pricing analysis for marble blocks, slabs, tiles, and imports.
• Oversee inventory, purchase, and sales accounting.
• Monitor vendor payments, receivables, and account reconciliations.
• Support management in financial planning and business expansion strategies.
• Implement and improve internal controls and ERP/accounting systems.

*Mandatory Requirements :*

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) (No other qualification will be considered).
• Location : Must be ready to work from Kishangarh only (no Jaipur posting).
• Industry Setup : Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing/plant setup, not a corporate office.
• Salary : Within ₹13 LPA (CTC) depending on skills and experience.

*Qualifications & Skills :*

• Chartered Accountant with 0–5 years post-qualification experience (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of taxation, audit, and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / Zoho Books / similar accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with advanced MS Excel knowledge.
• Strong communication and team management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
