Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our team in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will lead a team of accountants, manage client audits, and build insightful MIS reports for decision-making. This role offers excellent exposure to accounting, auditing, and financial reporting across multiple clients and industries. Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of junior accountants for timely and accurate accounting. Review and audit client accounts and books, ensuring compliance with applicable standards. Develop, prepare, and present MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Identify discrepancies and areas for financial improvement during audits and report findings. Ensure timely monthly closing and reconciliations across all accounts. Coordinate with clients for data, clarifications, and audit support. Implement best practices in accounting and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy. Skills Required:Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 years of completed articleship. Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing concepts (Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, etc.). Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, lookups, data visualization). Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication. Ability to manage and guide a team of accountants effectively.
