Job Title: Accounts Manager (CA Qualified)

Experience Required: 5–8 years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager (CA Qualified) to oversee and manage our company’s accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial reporting, compliance, audits, and team leadership. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively across departments to ensure accurate financial management and strategic planning support.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

● Lead the month-end and year-end closing process.

● Prepare financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (Ind AS/IFRS).

● Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.

● Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits.

● Monitor and control budgets, analyze variances, and report findings to management.

● Implement and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies.

● Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and other external stakeholders.

● Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff and ensure continuous development.

● Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and forecasts. Key Skills & Competencies:

● Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, and taxation laws.

● Proficient in accounting software (e.g.Tally or similar ERP systems).

● Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

● Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

● Leadership and team management experience.
