Key Responsibilities: Handle the end-to-end procurement process for all categories including: Food & groceries (fruits, vegetables, dairy, kitchen supplies) Housekeeping materials and consumables Maintenance and electrical items Furniture, fixtures, and linen Medical and healthcare supplies Identify and develop reliable vendor networks locally and regionally. Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and quality. Maintain accurate purchase records, budgets, and inventory reports. Coordinate with departments (Kitchen, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Admin) for daily requirements. Ensure timely replenishment of stock while minimizing wastage. Oversee quality checks for received goods and handle supplier-related issues. Requirements: Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Supply Chain, or Business Administration). Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or institutional setup. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP systems. Excellent communication, coordination, and planning abilities. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage and streamline our financial operations with integrity, accuracy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee full accounting and finance functions of the trust and associated units. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle audits, tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and statutory compliance. Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial planning. Maintain books of accounts and ensure timely reconciliation of ledgers and bank statements. Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required. Analyze financial data and provide management with actionable insights. Supervise accounting staff and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership from ICAI. Minimum 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a trust, hospitality, or institutional environment. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
