Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team in the paper bag manufacturing industry, with a strong background in export operations and international trade finance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing export documentation, compliance, taxation, and financial strategy related to overseas business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle export accounting including invoicing, LC documentation, shipping bills, and realization tracking
• Ensure compliance with GST, Customs, DGFT, FEMA, and other regulatory bodies
• Prepare and file export incentives claims (such as RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, etc.)
• Liaise with banks for export-related finance: pre-shipment and post-shipment credit, LC negotiations
• Monitor and analyze export sales, margins, and profitability
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams for export orders and costing
• Ensure timely audit preparation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring working capital related to exports
• Maintain proper documentation for foreign currency transactions and mitigate forex risks

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior experience in manufacturing & export industry is mandatory
• Sound knowledge of export documentation, GST laws, international taxation, and finance
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, ERP systems, and banking portals

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates with experience in paper industry exports will be given preference
• Should be able to work independently and handle export-related financial operations end-to-end

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
