Job Description

As a Production Supervisor in the paper industry, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, leading the shop floor team, maintaining quality and safety standards, minimizing machine downtime, and meeting production goals. Your expertise in paper machinery, production processes, and team management will be crucial for success in this role. Key responsibilities include: - Supervising daily production activities in the paper industry, such as kraft, duplex, tissue, etc. - Managing shift schedules and manpower effectively to ensure smooth operations - Planning production schedules and addressing any troubleshooting issues that may arise - Demonstrating strong communication skills and effective leadership to drive team performance This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in paper manufacturing and hold a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
