About Us:
Pack Perfect Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer in the paper bag and packaging industry, catering to both domestic and international markets. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated International Sales Manager to expand our global presence and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
• Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
• Handle international client communications, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Coordinate with the production and operations team to ensure timely execution of export orders.
• Analyze global market trends, identify opportunities, and create business expansion plans.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience in international sales within the manufacturing industry (preferably packaging/paper/printing or related).
• Strong understanding of export documentation, trade compliance, and global market dynamics.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written); additional foreign language skills will be an advantage.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or International Business preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
