Charted Accountant

Key Responsibilities1. Company Incorporation & MCA Filings

• Handle Private Limited, LLP, OPC incorporations
• Sign and certify MCA forms using CA DSC, including:
• SPICe+
• AGILE-PRO
• INC-9
• INC-22
• DIR-3 KYC
• Draft and certify MOA & AOA
• Coordinate with ROC for queries and resubmissions

2. Statutory & Compliance Work

• Annual MCA compliances (AOC-4, MGT-7 / 7A)
• Director changes, share allotments, and other ROC filings
• Basic GST registrations and returns (support role)

3. Cost & Process Optimization

• Replace outsourced certification work
• Standardize templates and checklists
• Ensure high-volume processing with accuracy
• Reduce turnaround time per case

4. Internal Coordination

• Work closely with:
• Sales team (service feasibility checks)
• Processing team (document collection & follow-ups)
• Maintain compliance records and audit trails

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI member)
• Active CA DSC available (Class 3)
• Hands-on experience with MCA V3 portal
• Ability to sign incorporation & ROC forms independently

Preferred (Good to Have)

• 0–3 years post-qualification experience
• Prior experience with company incorporation firms
• Startup / compliance service background

Compensation (Cost-Competitive)
