About the Role

We are looking for motivated CA candidates who want to build strong expertise in Audit, across both Indian and U.S standards. This role offers structured learning, hands-on client exposure, and an opportunity to work on diversified assignments under the guidance of experienced professionals.

You will be involved in the complete audit cycle, computation, statutory compliance, and documentation, making this a strong foundation for your career in finance and audit.

Key Responsibilities

Audit – US & Indian GAAP

• Perform audit procedures as per US & Indian GAAP and auditing standards.
• Conduct walkthroughs, test controls, and verify financial data.
• Assist in preparing working papers, audit documentation, and schedules.
• Review journal entries, ledgers, financial statements, and supporting documents.
• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and limited reviews.
• Work with teams on U.S GAAP-based assignments.
• Review trial balances, and reconciliations according to U.S standards.
• Assist in preparing work papers for U.S clients.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate and organized working papers.
• Prepare client communication drafts, status trackers, and summary reports.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Strong accounting knowledge from CA curriculum.
• Good understanding of financial statements and ledger analysis.
• Willingness to learn U.S GAAP concepts.
• Good communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple tasks.
• High level of integrity, commitment, and professionalism.
• Team player with analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
