Job Summary:

Channel Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (resellers, distributors, VARs, system integrators, etc.)
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Train, enable, and support partners on product offerings, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
  • Build joint business plans with partners and monitor execution
  • Track partner performance, generate reports, and optimize partner contribution
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute co-branded campaigns and events
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and partner feedback
  • Resolve partner conflicts and ensure a healthy partner relationship
  • Driving channel sales quota through distributor and partner.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–8 years of experience in

    channel sales

    ,

    partner management

    , or

    indirect sales

  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and sales lifecycle
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to drive revenue through partnerships
  • Experience with CRM tools and partner portals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed


Preferred Experience (Optional):

  • Background in [SaaS / Cybersecurity / IT / Telecom– adjust to industry]
  • Experience managing national or regional channel partners
  • Familiarity with partner incentive programs and channel marketing.
