Job Title: Channel Manager Location: Hyderabad About the Role We are looking for a Channel Manager who will be responsible for driving retail sales, ensuring product visibility, and strengthening our brand presence across assigned stores. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluency in the local language, and a proactive attitude toward on-ground execution and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Drive Sell-Out from Stores: Manage and enhance the offline distribution process ensuring stock movement from distributor to retailer, and from retailer to end customers. Store Training: Train store staff on product features and demonstrate how to set up and start the laptops effectively. Influence Store Recommendations: Ensure that our product becomes the store staffs first recommendation to customers, building both mind share (brand recall) and market share (sales performance). In-store Visibility & Branding: Maintain high visibility for the brand through effective in-store merchandising and display execution. BTL Activities: Coordinate and conduct Below-the-Line (BTL) promotional activities such as product demos, sampling, and local engagement events to attract customers. Stock Management: Monitor product availability, track sales data, coordinate with distributors for replenishment / refill, and ensure minimum stock levels are maintained at all times. Single Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for approximately 100 mapped stores, ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and operational support Escalation Handling: Address and resolve any store-related concerns or escalations promptly and effectively. Requirements Experience: 12 years in channel sales, retail operations, or similar roles. Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are also welcome.
