The role involves developing and managing channel partners such as dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and contractors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, promoting product collections, and building strong relationships across the B2B ecosystem. Regular market visits, partner onboarding, project support, and sales reporting will be key parts of the role. Candidates should have experience in B2B channel sales , preferably in wallpapers, interior décor, paints, or building materials, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
