Job Description: You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners (dealers/distributors) while maintaining relationships with existing partners. Your key tasks will include establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts/territories, understanding customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products through channel partners, and coordinating with internal teams to meet partner expectations. Additionally, you will act as a bridge for communication between partners and the engineering team, assess, clarify, and validate partner needs and performance, and ensure partner compliance with agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new partners (dealers/distributors) - Establish relationships with key personnel in partner accounts/territories - Cross-sell and up-sell the company's products through channel partners - Coordinate with internal teams to meet partner expectations - Act as a communication bridge between partners and the engineering team - Assess and validate partner needs and performance regularly - Ensure partner compliance with agreements - Supervise partner sales personnel and maximize sales - Lead solution development efforts addressing end-user needs - Attend industry events to build relationships and promote the company - Monitor industry trends and competitors - Prepare and submit reports on sales conversion, targets, and progress Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of experience in selling industrial products - Prior experience in dealer/distributor management - Strong understanding of the industry, especially dealing with Tier 1 private and public sector customers, dealers, and channel partners in industries like Oil & Gas, Power, Steel, Fertilizers, and Infrastructure - Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in any Engineering (preferred) Job Description: You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners (dealers/distributors) while maintaining relationships with existing partners.
