Experience: 3 - 5 years of proven experience in channel sales, with a demonstrated trackrecord of achieving and exceeding sales targets Prior experience in IT Distribution field is astrong advantage Relationship Building: Adept at building and maintaining strong professional relationshipswith channel partners and key account end-users, understanding their needs and effectivelypositioning our offerings Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development ofinnovative sales strategies that drive growth and market expansion Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability todeliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively Results-Driven: A self-motivated individual who is driven by achieving and surpassing goals,with a strong sense of accountability and ownership Team Player: Collaborative and willing to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensureseamless execution of sales strategies Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuringaccurate record-keeping and efficient sales processes Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant sales and communicationtools
