Our platform, Vector, is transforming IT operations with AI-driven capabilities, including the latest GenAI features in Vector 2.0.

The Role

We are hiring an experienced Channel Partner Manager to lead and grow our partner ecosystem. This role will focus on strengthening relationships with our strategic technology partners, global system integrators, and channel networks to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

The role requires working closely with our leadership team in Pune, while also managing alliances across multiple global hubs. It demands strong face-to-face engagement with partners and frequent travel, both within India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with leading technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, and Databricks.
  • Build and manage alliances with large GSIs including Accenture, IBM, and Cognizant, who collaborate with Parkar for outsourced delivery.
  • Align closely with the leadership team in Pune on partner strategy and execution.
  • Manage alliances across hubs in Mumbai, Bangalore, Singapore, New York, Chicago, and Dubai.
  • Represent Parkar at annual global partner events and key industry conferences.
  • Identify and onboard high-potential partners to expand market coverage.
  • Develop joint business plans with partners, including revenue goals and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners and track performance against agreed metrics.
  • Provide partners with ongoing enablement, training, and sales support.
  • Act as a single point of escalation for partner-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management.
  • Strong track record of managing technology partnerships and global alliances.
  • Experience working with large cloud providers (Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Databricks) and GSIs (Accenture, IBM, Cognizant).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (domestic and international) to meet partners and attend events.

Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office tools
