> Analyse market trends and customer preferences to optimise retail strategies and enhance customer engagement.
> Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement in-store promotions and campaigns.
> Monitor the performance of retail outlets and ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
> Prepare and present reports on sales performance, revenue growth, and market insights to senior management.
> Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, marketing, and product) to ensure a consistent and premium customer experience.
> Proven experience in retail business development, preferably in the D2C, automobile industry.
> Strong understanding of retail operations, market dynamics, and customer behaviour in the automobile sector.
> Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
> Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis.
