Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Position: Senior E-commerce Manager Experience: 6-18 years in E-commerce Management Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior E-commerce Manager to lead our E-commerce operations, drive revenue growth, and optimize online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-commerce management across multiple platforms, strategic planning, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement E-commerce strategies to drive sales and customer engagement across multiple platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, Snapdeal, etc.). Oversee product listing creation, catalog management, and pricing strategies to ensure optimized product visibility. Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Lead and mentor the E-commerce team to ensure high performance and effective task execution. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and sales events to boost sales. Monitor account health, manage customer reviews, and resolve customer queries promptly. Design and manage PPC campaigns (Automatic, Manual Targeting, Product Targeting) for enhanced product visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Warehouse) for seamless E-commerce operations. Use tools like Helium 10, Shiprocket, and other E-commerce management platforms for efficient operations. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field. 6-10 years of experience in E-commerce management, with proven expertise in handling multiple platforms. Proficiency in E-commerce tools like Helium 10, Shiprocket, and Shopify. Strong understanding of E-commerce strategies, PPC campaigns, and marketplace policies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
