Location : Pune (On Site) Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive & Admin to lead and manage all aspects of human resources and office administration. This role is vital in ensuring smooth internal operations, maintaining a positive work environment, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR) Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and compliance requirements. Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Manage employee lifecycle activities including joining formalities, appraisals, exit interviews, and documentation. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leaves using HR software (e.g., greytHR) Oversee payroll processing in coordination with Finance. Address employee grievances, ensure a healthy workplace culture, and act as a liaison between staff and management. Monitor performance management systems and assist in training and development initiatives. Administration Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administration tasks. Ensure facility maintenance and oversee service providers for cleanliness, security, and infrastructure. Support management with internal coordination, documentation, and reports. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information. Assist in planning and executing company events, celebrations, and offsites. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR or similar is a plus). Proven experience (2+ years) in HR & administration roles. Strong understanding of labour laws, HR processes, and compliance. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Work on website layout designs and other digital assets, ensuring optimal user experience. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio that showcases creativity and design skills. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc). Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and design concepts. Experience in video editing is a plus Should have own laptop.
