Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an E-commerce Growth Manager. The E-commerce Growth Manager will be responsible for driving online sales and growth through innovative strategies. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing e-commerce metrics, managing sales projects, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The manager will work closely with various teams to optimize and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies.

Qualifications

·        Strong Analytical Skills and experience with analytics tools

·        Effective Communication and Sales skills

·        Proficiency in Project Management

·        Experience in managing and interpreting data to drive business decisions

·        Excellent problem-solving abilities

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

·        Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
