Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for an E-commerce Growth Manager. The E-commerce Growth Manager will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and optimizing e-commerce platforms to drive business growth. Key tasks include developing online marketing strategies, analyzing sales data to identify performance improvements, overseeing product listings, managing ad campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize brand presence and revenue will be a core aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce platform management, online sales optimization, and data analytics
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including Paid Ads management, SEO, and social media campaigns
• Strong skills in Analyzing and Interpreting data to inform strategic decisions
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities
• Understanding of customer service and engagement strategies in an online retail environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field preferred
• Experience with air conditioning, home appliances, or technology products is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver measurable results
