• Benchmark with local retailers to ensure relevant assortments for customers.
• Conduct customer immersions to uncover unmet needs and drivers of preference.
• Leverage local events to drive growth.
• Perform competitive intelligence to stay ahead in market share.
• Identify opportunities and threats, developing proactive strategies and action plans for each city/area.
• Monitor competitive actions on pricing and promotions, escalating issues as necessary.
