City Growth Manager

Role Overview: You will be supporting Swiggy's Ads monetization team by conducting research, project execution, documentation, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive innovative projects forward. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, customer needs, and monetization landscape to provide deep insights. - Analyze complex data sets to offer strategic insights and actionable recommendations. - Prepare and present reports and presentations to keep the leadership team informed on progress. - Maintain detailed records of project milestones, deliverables, and timelines for transparency and accountability. - Work closely with other departments (e.g., product, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's Degree - Experience: 2-3 years in relevant e-commerce or management consulting firms - Technical Skills: High proficiency in data analysis (Excel/Gsheet, SQL) - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, street-smart approach, and effective stakeholder management.
