Job Description

As an EPM Application Architect at the company, you will be responsible for driving business development activities by identifying opportunities within and outside the firm. You will work independently on project delivery, prepare responses to RFPs, and lead client conversations to drive business opportunities. Your role will involve preparing business cases, solution options, project plans, estimates, staffing requirements, and execution approaches for EPM opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project delivery, client conversations, and manage stakeholders both internally and externally - Direct and guide teams on project executions according to planned timelines - Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements to ensure high quality within time and budget constraints - Co-ordinate effectively with client organizations to maintain and enhance client relationships - Lead EPM application design and assess project requirements to identify the best solutions for clients - Bring in external views and work on internal capability building in emerging trends of EPM such as AI/ML, Data Science, Narrative Reporting & Analytics Qualifications Required: - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Affinity with large organizations and large projects - Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills - Responsible for sales and productivity of the team - Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and exhibit cross-cultural competence - Capability to drive solutions independently with attention to detail - Integrated business perspective with a focus on technology enablement Please note that the company focuses on delivering EPM programs and requires individuals with a self-motivated attitude and a passion for leveraging process knowledge of planning/forecasting and technology/systems integration experience.,
