About the Role

The Center Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the coworking facility, maintaining high service standards, and fostering a positive member experience. This role involves overseeing facility upkeep, supervising vendor and housekeeping staff, managing member interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting occupancy growth. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and capable of handling both operational responsibilities and community engagement with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Member Handling

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members—onboarding, inductions, and renewals.
  • Track and improve member NPS; manage grievances, tickets, and SLAs.
  • Curate a welcoming front-of-house experience and ensure brand standards at all times.

Facility Operations & Vendor Management

  • Oversee housekeeping, security, HVAC, DG, Fire, Internet, and pantry operations.
  • Drive preventive maintenance schedules; ensure 99%+ uptime of critical services.
  • Manage AMCs, vendor SLAs, and daily checklists; validate service quality before approvals.

Community & Events

  • Plan and execute monthly community events, workshops, and partner activations.
  • Foster networking among members; promote upsells (meeting rooms, day passes, add-ons).
  • Maintain an active community calendar and communication across channels.

Sales Support & Revenue Enablement

  • Support site visits, walkthroughs, and handovers with the Sales team.
  • Ensure show-ready floors, accurate seating plans, and signage for prospects.
  • Track center-level revenues (desks, meeting rooms, add-ons) and assist in collections follow-ups.

Safety, Compliance & SOPs

  • Enforce SOPs for EHS, access control, visitor logs, and incident reporting.
  • Maintain statutory compliances (fire NOC, lifts, FHCs, evacuation drills) in coordination with Projects/Compliance.
  • Keep asset registers, stock levels, and calibration/inspection records updated.

CRM & Reporting

  • Log tickets, incidents, renewals, and occupancy updates on CRM/trackers.
  • Share daily/weekly MIS—occupancy, NPS, ticket TATs, expenses, and event ROI.
  • Prepare MOMs for audits, walkthroughs, and vendor reviews.

Closure Support (Fitouts/Transitions)

  • Coordinate minor fit-out changes, snag lists, and move-ins/move-outs.
  • Ensure zero-defect handovers with signed checklists and documentation.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in Hospitality/Business/Facility/Operations.
  • 2–5 years of experience in coworking/business centers, facility ops, or community management.
  • Strong stakeholder management with vendors, members, and internal teams.
  • Working knowledge of building services (HVAC, DG, Fire, Networking basics).
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and service orientation.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and ticketing systems.
  • Willingness to work from the center and travel within Delhi NCR as needed.

Performance Expectations & KPIs

Targets

  • 90%+ member satisfaction/NPS; ticket FTR within SLA (e.g., ≤24 hrs for L1 issues).
  • 99% uptime for critical utilities (HVAC, power, internet).
  • Meeting room/utilization and add-on revenue growth (month-on-month).
  • Zero critical non-compliances in monthly audits; timely closure of snags.
  • Support occupancy goals with show-ready floors and prompt sales coordination.

Growth Potential

  • Progression to Senior Center Manager or Cluster Manager based on performance.
  • Opportunity to lead multi-site operations and enterprise client centers.
  • Exposure to design-build handovers, launches, and process improvement projects.

What We Offer

  • Competitive fixed monthly salary.
  • Performance incentives and on-duty meal/travel allowance for official tasks.
  • Transparent, growth-oriented culture with SOPs and training support.
  • Hands-on learning across member success, facility ops, and community building.
