Job Description

As the Center Head at the upcoming center in Pune in the Healthcare Education industry, your role is crucial in overseeing the day-to-day operations and driving business performance, service excellence, and profitability. You will have full ownership of the center's P&L, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustainable operations. Your leadership will be pivotal in motivating and developing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, and meeting business objectives consistently. Key Responsibilities: - Own the center's P&L and achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets. - Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization. - Develop strategies to increase business volumes and improve margins. - Oversee operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence. - Establish and improve SOPs to maintain high operational standards. - Lead cross-functional teams, drive a performance-oriented culture, and build capability through training and coaching. - Ensure superior customer experience, maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and act as the face of the center. - Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and execute organizational strategies effectively. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong business acumen with proven P&L management experience. - Excellent leadership, people management, and motivational skills. - Strong operational expertise with focus on streamlining processes. - Analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or any science background. - 8-12 years of relevant experience in operations / business management with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of managing teams and owning P&L responsibility. - Experience in Education / Training industry would be an advantage. Performance Metrics (KPIs): - Achievement of revenue and profitability targets. - Operational efficiency and process adherence. - Employee engagement and retention. - Customer satisfaction (NPS / feedback scores). - Business growth and market share improvement.,
