Qualifications & Skills we look for: One of: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field OR Certification in Preschool Teaching (NTT, Montessori, or equivalent) OR 2 years of prior experience working with young children (ages 2-5) in a preschool or daycare setting. Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Punctuality and responsibility. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young learners. Basic knowledge of first aid and child safety practices (certification is a plus).
