Head to visit https://imarticus.org/ Key Responsibilities: Center Operations & Administration: Oversee the daily functioning of the learning center, including infrastructure, staff coordination, and scheduling of classes. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of counselors, academic coordinators, support staff, and faculty to ensure smooth execution of programs. Sales & Revenue Targets: Drive student enrollments through walk-ins, leads, referrals, and local outreach. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute location-specific campaigns. Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of student and parent satisfaction through timely query resolution, progress tracking, and feedback collection. Academic Coordination: Ensure classes are delivered as per the defined schedule and quality standards. Coordinate between students, faculty, and academic teams. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain and share regular MIS reports on enrollments, leads, follow-ups, feedback, and center performance.
