Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Center Head. The Center Head will manage the day-to-day operations of the training center, oversee administrative functions, ensure the implementation of training strategies, and monitor student performances. They will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality in training, managing staff, and leading initiatives to continuously improve center operations. The role also involves direct engagement with students to provide guidance and support.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record in overseeing operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of language assessment and nursing assessment tests
• Experience in implementing training strategies and quality assurance processes
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
• Relevant experience in the education or training sector is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field is preferred
