Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Head located in Kolkata. The Center Head will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring the implementation of educational programs, overseeing staff and student activities, and maintaining open communication with parents. The Center Head will also be tasked with developing and maintaining a positive and nurturing learning environment, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in early childhood education management and administration
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement educational programs
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Experience in maintaining compliance with educational standards and regulations
Fluency in bilingual education environments is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field
