As the Center Head, you will be the driving force behind the seamless day-to-day functioning of our world-class facilities. You’ll lead all aspects of operations, from facilities management and vendor oversight to member satisfaction and process optimization, ensuring that every wrkwrk space delivers a best-in-class experience and operates at peak efficiency. This will cover a combination of strategic, managerial, and operational responsibilities. You’ll lead a team that takes pride in precision, service, and excellence. Your role will involve balancing strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring that every operational element, people, process, and performance, contributes to wrkwrk’s brand promise and business goals.

· Own end-to-end operations of the facility.
· Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business and financial objectives.
· Implement and standardize SOPs across centers to ensure consistency in service delivery.
· Monitor daily operations, maintenance, and security to ensure smooth functioning and minimal downtime.
· Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and functionality of the facility.
· Manage external vendors and service providers (housekeeping, security, maintenance, utilities, etc.) to ensure top-quality performance and timely delivery.
· Negotiate contracts and control costs while maintaining high service standards.
· Ensure compliance with safety norms, legal requirements, and statutory regulations.
· Maintain a strong member-first culture.
· Ensure every wrkwrk member enjoys a frictionless experience , from move-in to daily operations.
· Collaborate with the Community and Sales teams to address member feedback, improve satisfaction, and drive renewals.
· Conduct regular audits and walkthroughs to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.
· Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing regional operations team.
· Set clear goals, track KPIs, and create accountability across roles.
· Promote a culture of ownership, agility, and proactive problem-solving.
· Coach and mentor team members for continuous performance improvement.
· Own operational budgets and cost management for the respective center
· Track revenue, occupancy, and expenses to maximize profitability.
· Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
· Use data and reporting to drive insights and decision-making.
· Support new workspace launches, from pre-opening readiness to operational rollout.
· Collaborate with design, projects, and marketing teams for smooth handovers.
· Implement scalable systems that support rapid growth and operational excellence.
· Leverage technology tools for facility management, member operations, and performance tracking.
· Identify and integrate tech solutions to improve efficiency and enhance member experience
