Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Head to lead and manage the daily operations of our physiotherapy clinic. As a Centre Head, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional patient experience, smooth clinic operations, and consistent adherence to treatment protocols. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, mentoring staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to the clinic’s overall growth and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily clinic operations, including treatment scheduling, therapist allocation, patient follow-ups, and service tracking.
• Ensuring that every patient receives high-quality physiotherapy care aligned with established clinical protocols and standards.
• Leading and managing the physiotherapy and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Monitoring clinic performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
• Driving adherence to organizational SOPs, quality standards, and reporting requirements.
• Identifying operational challenges and resolving them proactively to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and patient-centric care across the team.
• Supporting training, performance reviews, and continuous professional development for clinic staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 3

  years of experience

  managing a physiotherapy center.
• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (MPT), preferably in Sports Physiotherapy.
• Proven track record in operations management and team leadership.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills (English / Regional).
• Strong understanding of physiotherapy treatment protocols and patient care standards.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools, EMR systems, and clinic management platforms.
