JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description: Clinical Physiotherapist TYPE: FULL TIME Salary: 25 K - 35k with Incentives Location: Safdarjung Enclave, South Delhi Qualification: BPT/MPT with minimum 1 year of experience Role Summary: We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our clinic team. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing expert physiotherapy care to our patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and implementation. Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and creating individualized treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques. Administering physiotherapy treatments to patients, such as exercise programs, manual therapy, and others as required. Monitoring and evaluating patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries. Providing education to patients and their families about injury prevention, self-care, and treatment options. Providing leadership, mentoring, and support to other physiotherapy staff. Participating in quality improvement activities and professional development opportunities. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) with a fresh perspective and a passion for patient care is required. Certified in Cupping, Tapping, Dry Needling Current registration with the relevant regulatory body. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
