Role Summary:

We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our clinic team. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing expert physiotherapy care to our patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and creating individualized treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques.
• Administering physiotherapy treatments to patients, such as exercise programs, manual therapy, and others as required.
• Monitoring and evaluating patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Providing education to patients and their families about injury prevention, self-care, and treatment options.
• Providing leadership, mentoring, and support to other physiotherapy staff.
• Participating in quality improvement activities and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) with a fresh perspective and a passion for patient care is required.
• Certified in Cupping, Tapping, Dry Needling
• Current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with electronic medical records and other relevant software.
