ABOUT THE ROLE: The Physiotherapist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive physical assessments and developing individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s needs. The role includes supervising exercise sessions, tracking progress, managing appointments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, evidence-based care. WHAT WILL YOU DO? 1. Initial Assessment: - Conducting thorough assessments to understand the patient's current physical condition, including range of motion, strength, and functional limitations. 2. Individualized Plans: - Creating customized exercise programs tailored to each patient's specific needs, goals, and limitations. 3. Progress Tracking: - Monitor patient/athlete progress, updating the Supervisor on injuries, treatment, and progress. 4. Collaborative Care: - Create comprehensive treatment plans incorporating sports massage therapy, personalized nutrition guidance, and collaboration with sports nutritionists and massage therapists for holistic care. 5. Progress Updates: - Regularly update senior physiotherapists on patient progress, seeking guidance before initiating new processes. WHO SHOULD APPLY? 1. Qualified Physiotherapy Professionals: - A minimum qualification of BPT is required. 2. Manual therapy: - Strong knowledge on manual therapy techniques is mandatory. 3. Clinicians With Strong Assessment Skills: - Individuals confident in evaluating mobility, strength, posture, and functional limitations to design effective treatment plans. 4. Therapists Experienced in Sports / Ortho / Rehab Care: - Those with hands-on experience treating musculoskeletal, sports injuries, post-operative rehab, or performance-related cases. 5. Collaborative Team Players: - Therapists who can work closely with strength coaches, rehab specialists, and medical staff to create integrated recovery and performance programs.
