Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s interactions with the public through social media platforms. The role involves developing content strategies, engaging with followers, analyzing data, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to support our brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Manage and oversee all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Plan and create engaging, on-brand content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.).
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Track performance using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Run paid advertising campaigns on social platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and digital marketing team.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, applications, and best practices.
• Handle online reputation and crisis communication when necessary.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Graphic designing basics (Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Video editing skills (basic reels editing).
• Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations.
• SEO and content marketing knowledge

Note: Looking for someone who can commute to all locations in Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
