Key Responsibilities
1. Center Operations
- Manage day-to-day activities to ensure smooth functioning of the center.
- Oversee facilities, inventory, and administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for IT, admin, HR, and support tasks.
- Ensure implementation of standard processes and maintain documentation.
2. Team Coordination
- Supervise front-desk staff, trainers, and support teams.
- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
- Support team members and maintain a disciplined work environment.
- Conduct basic performance checks and report to management.
3. Student / Customer Management
- Handle student or client queries and ensure high satisfaction.
- Manage walk-ins, counseling, and follow-ups.
- Resolve grievances or escalate to management when needed.
- Maintain communication records and feedback sheets.
4. Sales & Target Support
- Support achievement of monthly center targets.
- Assist in lead follow-ups, admissions, or client onboarding.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, or events.
- Contribute ideas to improve center visibility and growth.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily attendance, inquiry logs, and activity reports.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and share updates with management.
- Track center performance and highlight gaps for improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic team supervision experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-oriented approach
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
