Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CDP - Bakery to join our team at Novotel Ahmedabad, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high-quality bakery products, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
Assist in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train junior staff members to achieve excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) in a bakery or patisserie kitchen.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
