Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing

Total Rewards professional at Manager level

to take end-to-end ownership of rewards, benefits, and wellness initiatives. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who has

built or scaled the Total Rewards function

, with deep experience in

India compensation practices

and

strong stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and continuously improve India-specific
Total Rewards strategies
Lead initiatives across
compensation, benefits, wellness programs, and insurance as rewards
Work closely with leadership and HRBPs to align rewards with talent strategy and business goals
Drive
policy creation, implementation
, and communication related to rewards and benefits
Stay updated with Indian market trends, compliance, and best practices in employee compensation
Influence and work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and business heads

Ideal Candidate Profile

Currently working at
Manager level
, preferably in a
mid-sized or large organization
Has
10 years (approx.) of total experience
, with
core expertise in Total Rewards
Strong on data /stake holder management /implemented things
Strong experience in
designing and setting up Rewards or Benefits functions
Exposure to
wellness and insurance
as part of rewards strategy
Excellent
leadership qualities
with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
Handeled smaller teams
