Lead the EU ESMA account management team, which is a significant contributor to the overall business Manage a large existing seller base through a team of Account Managers, enabling them to grow their Amazon business by adopting various modules and levers Own key business metrics such as revenue, productivity, seller engagement, and expansion opportunities Drive end-to-end business planning and leadership alignment Stakeholder Management: Engage regularly with stakeholders across various levels, including senior leaders, to co-own goals, track progress, resolve conflicts, and align on strategic decisions Collaborate with internal teams like Legal, Finance, and Operations to achieve business objectives People Management: Lead a sizable organization, with a team of direct reports Responsible for career advancement, performance management, team structure, and culture development Thought Leadership: Partner with peers and teams to own key initiatives for the broader organizations development Contribute as a thought leader to drive organizational growth and innovation Factors that make this role complex: Requirement to have a deep understanding of various Amazon business verticals and their interdependencies Need to comprehend seller business models and market dynamics to drive effective decision-making Responsibility to manage and influence senior stakeholders across regions, aligning conflicting priorities and driving alignment on strategic initiatives Basic qualifications Bachelors degree - Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders Experience managing large multilayered teams, mentoring , performance management Preferred qualifications Experience in managing European sellers e-commerce business Understanding of european market compliance, regulations etc. Bachelors degree Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders Experience managing large multilayered teams, mentoring , performance management 5+ years of hiring and retaining digital advertising teams experience Experience with annual brand and media planning
