Are you passionate about building aspirational brands and shaping the future of luxury e-commerce? Join us in scaling a curated portfolio of luxury and homegrown accessory brands across jewelry, bags, belts, and more.

🔑 Key Objectives:

Be the category owner for Luxe/Hidden Gems Accessories — responsible for brand onboarding, assortment strategy, and customer value delivery across a growing premium fashion platform.

🔹 Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard emerging luxury and aspirational online-first brands

• Build & execute strategic category business plans

• Drive assortment depth, brand mix, and optimize sales through trend forecasting

• Monitor key metrics: Conversion Rate, NPS, GMV:NMV ratio, NMV, and return rates

• Lead financial planning: AMOP, contribution margins, sustainable growth initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – UI/UX, supply chain, marketing, finance

• Share platform UX feedback and visual merchandising insights

🧠 What You Bring:

• Deep knowledge of accessories – jewelry, belts, bags, scarves, etc.

• Strong business development and commercial negotiation skills

• Analytical mindset for assortment and demand forecasting

• Strategic thinking and creative flair for growing niche/luxury categories

• 4–8 years in e-commerce category management or luxury retail
