Candidate must be from Sportswear Stitching (Garments) background. To check each and every garment being manufactured in the unit for quality parameters against stitching, design and logo placements etc. To make sure that each garments is made according the size guide and patterns. To maintain proper quality checks on each step - Cutting, Bundling, In Line Stitching, Finishing etc. To appoint and train assistant quality supervisors who will head each department and make sure that assistants generate and maintain daily reports as desired by the management. To make sure that no faulty garments gets dispatched from premises under any circumstances. To make sure to check the fabrics get checked for Shrinkage and colour bleedings before the final production is cut.
