Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Listings and Optimization:

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords for better visibility and search ranking.
• Monitor and improve product attributes to comply with platform standards and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

2. Data Management:

• Upload and manage product information, including pricing, inventory, and variants.
• Ensure the catalog data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date by conducting periodic audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain product details, images, and other required assets.

3. Performance Tracking:

• Analyze sales data, product visibility, and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Monitor competitor catalogs to implement best practices and maintain a competitive edge.
• Address listing issues such as suppressed listings, BuyBox losses, or deactivations promptly.

4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure adherence to marketplace policies and guidelines for product listings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors, including pricing errors, attribute mismatches, and image issues.
• Collaborate with support teams to address catalog-related escalations and inquiries.

5. Coordination and Communication:

• Liaise with the content, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with external marketplaces to resolve catalog-related discrepancies and issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Diploma or certification in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience and Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce catalog management or a related field (fresher with relevant skills may also apply).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or Shopify.
• Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
